[hylafax-users] Help restarting server.

No jobs can be received or sent.  Faxstat -s says "Waiting for modem to 
come ready" or "initilizing server" for atleast the last 30 minutes.   
I've got to get it up and running ASAP.  Can someone please tell me how 
I can restart the server without rebooting the machine.
