your system can not open object share file named libfaxutil.so

add the hylafax lib folder to
your $LD_LIBRARY_PATH (per user)
or
to the /etc/ld.so.conf
(system wide)
/sbin/ldconfig must be launched for the changes to take effect (for the second)
