[hylafax-users] reducing baud rate?

what's the procedure to reduce the baud rate that the local and remove
fax communicate at?

I want to set it to 9600.  I tried "ModemRate=9600" in the config,
nothing.
I tried "faxmodem -c '(0-0),(0-3),(0-0),(0-2),0,0,0,(0-0)' ...",
nothing.

I'm stuck.
