Pedro, Thank you for your reply. How does HylaFAX convert files into a suitable fax format? Clearly I am doing something wrong. Can you point me in the direction of the appropriate liturature on this subject. Alternatively, should I convert files prior and separately to the fax command? Malcolm Candlish.
