Couldn't you just do this with some sort of scripting language?

If you export your reports in some format, whip up some {insert favorite
scripting language here} to grab the customer info out of the document and
send the fax.  Heck, you could even have it grab the info, and query a
backend DB for the fax #.  Less work on the report side ;)

I print sales quotes using a report designed with Crystal Reports.  Is there
anyway I can embed a customer name and fax number at the top of each page
and have Hylafax read this and send the quote to the fax number indicated?
