[hylafax-users] instant message notification

Hi all!

Is there a way to send to the users instant messages when a fax is:
1.Transmited to the fax server
2.Sent by the fax server
3.Failed
What kind of software must be used on the client machines 
(windows/unix/linux env. ) and
on the server.
