this what i've in me /etc/inittab/ :

Put it back to Class1.

Did you included a faxgetty entry at /etc/inittab? You can check that doing
faxstat, If you only get this

HylaFAX scheduler on <yourhylafaxhost>: Running, than faxgety is not
running in your modem.
