[hylafax-users] 425 Cannot create data socket (127.0.0.1,4558): Address already in use

I am having a random problem where I see this error message:
425 Cannot create data socket (127.0.0.1,4558): Address already in use.
It usually stops the fax server from running. If I do a netstat -a
there will be a non hylafax entry that is using port 4558. I can trace
it to an X server. If I get that user to log out and power off the fax
server will resume normal operation.
eg:
tcp 0 0 beret.4558 de144.6000 TIME_WAIT
My questions are:
. Why is the fax server trying to use 4558. I don't change any of the
port defaults so I thought it should be using 4559. If I telnet to
4559 hylafax answers.
. How do I stop the conflict.
I am using FreBSD 4.1 with the hylafax-4.1b2 binary packages.
