No, it does ask.  It's just that if you don't change the default it will 
remain selected as Class 2.  This default is Class 1 in 4.1.1.

You didn't re-run faxaddmodem with 4.1.1, apparently, by your comment 
above.

In any case, send a log of it in Class 1, and maybe it will give us more 
detail about "not working at all".
