[hylafax-users] Rockwell modem busy signal Problem.

I am running Hylafax v4.1 under Suse linux 7.1. The modem is identified as
rockwell class 1 or 2 (RC288DPi) the problem is that I often get a false
'busy signal detected' message. I've checked the modems at other end by
phone and they do answer with a connect tone after a number of rings. I've
also tested this with a fax in a nearby office and that sometimes gives the
false busy signal after just 1 ring.

Question: are there any tips or tweaks to the config file etc, which may
prevent this behaviour.
