I use this
(^.*) = 0,\1
[ that maybe could be re-written as ^.*$ = 0,& ]
in place of
^[0-9][0-9][0-9][0-9][0-9]+$ = 0,&
What happens if you fax to
0123456,,123
Will
^[0-9][0-9][0-9][0-9][0-9]+$
catch it (since there is the ,,)?
