I suppose that this is possible, however, addmittedly unlikely.  I'm really
at the end of my ideas on what to look for here.  If he's not got some
setting set somewhere that's forcing 1-D to occur, then something is
foobarred somewhere to prevent faxq from reading the info file properly
(i.e. directory permissions, or... who knows).

When I am working on a Windows software problem and I run out of ideas on
where to look for the solution I usually reinstall... :-)  That darn
registry is too complex for me.  So anyway, a reinstallation may not be a
bad idea.
