This is on the web site, http://www.hylafax.org/howto/delivery.php#ss4.4, I use it here, and it works fairly well. I am thinking of going to a .tif format however, it seems to take a lot less to view a tif than a pdf, in acrobat at least. Acrobat's printing seems to be an especially big resource hog.
