This verbosity is fixed in CVS, but it's no problem, really, just noise.

We've seen this "unable to perform all requested operations" before.

Many times, in fact.  And... ISTR that in the latest instance turned out to
be something with his system.  I'd suggest reviewing these threads in depth.
