Have you bother to read the Help in Ksendfax? I guess not when you say
"ksendfax - I think means having to install sendfax from the mgetty+sendfax
on
the client machine. I think that the client and server have to be on the
local machine."

First of all, sendfax word is used for both mgetty+sendfax and hylafax. So,
take your time and read the Help in Ksendfax to avoid confusions. And if
you look closer you will see the -h '@@Host' option and i think you can
understand what stands for. Cheers.
