AFAIK not in WHFC, I wrote a tiny Java based client where you can select 
one ore more faxes in a GUI and then press "Resend".

look for the jhfc related files. documentation is somehow outdate.
Should run fine with 1.2 and 1.3 without any aditional downloads.
