[hylafax-users] fax starts about 3 inches down the page and my cover page is munched

I just got done installing hylafax-4.1beta3 on Red Hat 6.2.  My cover pages
start about 3 inches down the page.  The top of the cover page looks fine
but the end of it is all distorted and unreadable.  Any ideas what would
cause this ?
