You should try switching class: is using class1 try 2.0 and vice-versa.
Look at your logs, you see "RTN" or "no response to MPS.."?
If not already, upgrade to the latest release where many "no response to MPS"
problems have been solved, and a new RTNHandlingMethod option let you decide to
not resend faxes that got RTN (which usually have been sent ok).
