I think Jay is the resident expert on this, but allow me to add my tidbit... *If* the hardware reports the DID information to faxgetty (i.e. you'll see it show up in your server or session logs when they are turned up to 0xFFF), then you can relay this information to faxrcvd for FaxDispatch-ing. There already is a patch available that does this exact thing for CNID (caller id): http://bugs.hylafax.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=139 I would have built-in DID support with this patch, but I don't have any DID equipment, and it seems that DID equipment varies quite a bit in the way it functions... which may make standardizing DID-routing difficult.
