This is a bit different than what I had thought the original poster was talking about, but regarding this... the only way that I can think of handling this adequately is to modify faxq to utilize [yet another] config option to control the behavior of the job priority scheduler, which would allow: JobRequeuePriority: -1 or JobRequeuePriority: +1 or whatever you choose.
