thanks for your response!

there is nothing about it in the logs, with one exception, in the fax log. 
there is a message, that hylafax calls the script. that's it.

there is no info in the mail-log, my imap-server-log, the standard 
syslogd-log... everywhere nothing, that's why i'm confused.

maybe you have a hint for me??
