[hylafax-users] Please Help!

I cannot send out and faxes because my hylafax is stuck receiving a fax.

#faxstat -d
HylaFax scheduler on leader.rushlogistics.com: Running
Modem ttyS1 (+1.773.435.0146): Receiving from "<UNSPECIFIED>"

If I call the fax number it's busy.  It's been this way for over an
hour.  How can I make it hang up (disconnect) so that I can begin
sending faxes?
