I have a system with 12 outgoing fax machines and roughly 8000 destination numbers. I have read that it is preferrable to use multiple numbers/destinations on the sendfax command line. E.g. sendfax -n -d 4164441111 -d 9053331111 -d 416222111 ./faxfile.ps rather than three separate commands: sendfax -n -d 4164441111 ./faxfile.ps sendfax -n -d 9053331111 ./faxfile.ps sendfax -n -d 41622l1111 ./faxfile.ps How many -d numbers can/should one place on the commandline? Are there any other operational tips in running such a bulk fax service? -- Quist Consulting Email: russ@quist.ca 219 Donlea Drive Voice: +1.416.696.7600 Toronto ON M4G 2N1 Fax: +1.416.978.6620 CANADA WWW: http://www.quist.ca ____________________ HylaFAX(tm) Users Mailing List _______________________ To unsub: mail -s unsubscribe hylafax-users-request@hylafax.org < /dev/null
