[hylafax-users] international code



hi,
i have install hylafax server successfully now i am bale to send fax
using local code  32.
and aslo i am able to send fax using country and city code
0-counrty code(india)
11-delhi
6867681-fax number
i was send fax using
$sendfax -d 0116867681 fax.txt

it is working fine.
but how i will fax using international code?

when i fax in the following way

$sendfax -d 0091116867681 fax.txt
it gives the following error

what is Busy signal detected?
is the number we use is correct and the line is bisy?
