[hylafax-users] Occasional Total and complete failure

Occasionally when sending and possibly when receiving, maybe one fax in 50 
fails with messages like the following.

I hear them spending a couple minutes handshaking or trying to sink up then 
it redials and tries again for three times.

Here are a couple log entries. The first is for a normal successful fax 
then the next is a failure. The failures happen maybe one in 50 to 100 
faxes but when they fail the sounds are always the same.

The Fax I am using is a Telebit World Blazer. It always connects at 9600 
except when you see this failure and that occurs at 2400.

After this failure, I noted the fax number and sent a test fax to it from 
Winfax using a USR modem. Winfax operates this modem as a Class 1 Fax. It 
worked fine but connected at 7200.

The Telebit works with no apparent differences as Class 1 or Class 2. The 
top line of the two below is typical for perhaps 99 of 100 faxes but 
occasionally

Communication failure during Phase B/C happens with some modem or fax as 
shown in the line above.

Does anyone have an idea what can be done to tweak this up on the World Blazer?
