[hylafax-users] additions to libtiff thread

Haho,

HylaFAX recommends the 3.4 libtiff.
For beta3 you can use the 3.5, but I not recommend.
The tiffcp from 3.5 drops a seg.fault with some faxes. The tifftops also.
I tested it on a i386 debian potato, libtiff from package, and source.
The 3.4 works well.
