[hylafax-users] postfix users: mail-to-fax script

This is a mail-to-fax script (like
<HylaFAX-source/faxmail/mailfax.sh-<mta>)
for Postfix.

It's about how to use 2 formats:
<username>@<fax-no>.fax (for compatibility with the other sample setups)
and
<fax-no>@fax.yourdomain.dom

please, test if you can.

I'm going to post this to bugzilla for inclusion in the tarball after I
have tested it some more.
Note that I'm not a faxmail expert, I just needed to send some fax this
way.
