-Fvh : Freshen, Verbose, Histogram
-Uvh : Upgrade, Verbose, Histogram
Freshen does an Upgrade if and only if an older version of the package is
currently installed. In this case, where the user has HylaFAX installed
already, it functions just as Uvh would.
Freshen, comes in quite handy when you do a fresh install of the Linux distro,
you ftp over all of the updates, and then you do an 'rpm -Fvh' - and only the
neccesary packages get Upgraded. If in this case, Uvh were performed, you'd
get the equivalent of 'ivh' if the package isn't installed already. Which, in
my book isn't good - especially when you don't want a package like anon-ftp
installed... or whatever.
