As a start, I'd use Save to File, with some nice boring black and white
printer selected, like the Apple 16/600, which is what I use for WHFC
setups.  I didn't realise that the FAQ advocated dealing with PDFs at
all, but I wouldn't.

Yeah, if you include an image, you're probably going to have to deal
with that; PostScript programs are *not* guaranteed to be in ASCII-7.
