[hylafax-users] Send Errors

I'm running HylaFAX on Redhat 6.1 using a ZyXEL modem (U1496E) and I'm
getting a strange send error.  Certain fax machines will refuse the EOP
command (even though the page was sent) and then send it again.  The
configuration is setup to try three times before hanging up.  The result
is that certain people are receiving faxes three times.  Here's a sample
of the error:

The other error I get is where the two systems connect but then the remote
