Check your -devel subscription status, but it is active, and some of us
have been posting there recently.  The CVS-committers seem to be busy right
now, but it is active.  In fact your mail there came through, too.

I don't know much about Sourceforge, but as for patch, bug, and version
management - I think we already got it covered between CVS and Bugzilla.
