When a fax are sent it is possible to have sender's identifier in the
tag line  of the fax by specifying LocalIdentifier in the configuration
file. The question is: Can I specify this parameter by command when a
job will be sent to the hfaxd server? And if the answer is "Yes", what
command can I use for this purpose? "JNEW"; "JPARM ? \"....\"";
