Looking at the spec file, the install of the script is commented out:

#mkdir -p $RPM_BUILD_ROOT/etc/rc.d/init.d
#install -m 755 $RPM_BUILD_DIR/%{name}-%{version}/etc/hylafax
$RPM_BUILD_ROOT/etc/rc.d/init.d/hylafax

Bugzilla won't let me in, even if I'm using the right user/pass; when it
is more reasonable I'll file this bug.
