Hi Vyacheslav,  I'm open for options on this.  Honestly, it doesn't seem
like many (if any) are using commentsX (or CommentX) but use BreakIntoLines
instead, so I'll leave this up to you.  If anyone had been using commentsX
before, and upgrades to 4.1beta2 or CVS, then their stuff will break (as
has occurred many times).  If you'd like to continue with commentsX, then
let me know, and I'll re-work the manpage fix and post your patch to fix
faxcover.  If you prefer CommentX then let me know, too.

I'm only slightly concerned, though, because someone, for some reason,
changed things from commentsX to CommentX, and I assume that there was a
reason for it.  I'd like to find out these things ... but since I've asked
the question on -users and -devel before, I don't think that the culprit is
to be found anymore. ;-)
