Generally speaking, it is wiser to use USR modems in Class 1.  You can
search the mailing list for the explanation.  But, depending on who you
fax... you could be fine with Class 2.0.

No flow control?  This is your problem, most likely.  Try changing
ModemFlowControl in the config file to RTSCTS

Attention developers... this is yet another case of someone not having a
prototype config file match durind faxaddmodem, and consequently the wrong
settings get used.  See Bug 79 and it's attached patch.

Your config file should have AT+FBU=0 instead of AT+FBU=1.  But this isn't
your problem... it just makes for an ugly log file.
