[hylafax-users] faxmail MapHeader Variable: how to use it?

I don't understand this "MapHeader" variable.
Can it be used to change the header's  text value in the sent fax?

What I want is to change the "Subject:" to a german "Betreff:"
What I also did not succeed, was to print a german date format.

Anyone has an idea?
