Linux RedHat.
I didn't include my os intentionally, because these issues are not
related to a specific os. Next time I'll include it :-)

I too was surprised :-)

It's just that faxsetup is fooled by a process running at the same time
it does the check:

25871 pts/0    S      0:00 /bin/bash -c for i in util faxalter faxcover
faxd fax
