Try faxing to another number and see if it rings there.  I've never known
HylaFAX to lie about the DEST number.  Verify that *is* the number of your
fax machine (06151305721).  Do you have some type of phone system that
requires a special prefix to get an external line?

If all of those prove useless... then tell me your OS type, HylaFAX
version, and libtiff verison.  And I'll brainstorm.
