[hylafax-users] Receiving incomplete faxes

Hi,

I'm experiencing some problems to receive faxes on Hylafax (on
RedHat 6.2). All the received faxes are squeezed vertically and
only the first third of the total height of the document is
received.

This looks very much like a problem described in the HylaFAQ (408).
However, I wasn't able to fix it.

I can send faxes without any troubles, and here is what my log
looks like when I reveive a fax :
