[hylafax-users] Hylafax, firewalls and passwords

Hi,
   I set up a hylafax server a year ago and had problems since I could only
install it outside the firewall, eventually I had to relax firewall
restrictions to the Hylafax box. Returning to the company, they have now
installed a new firewall and I think they didn't copy the settings across.
Now sending faxes from inside the firewall, users get challenged for a
password even though the hosts file should allows them unpassworded access.
Is this a symptom of the firewall in between (I can't remember if that was
the problem last year !) and is there a 'firewall friendly' fix ?
