flexfax: Question about mac/adobe PPD files and windows printer drivers

Hi to everybody,

on the Mac the printing dialog can be customized (by PPD-files)
to accept additional data, eg. fax number and recipient name.

This is done by the printer driver which reads the information out
of the resource fork of the PPD file and then creates
the modified dialog.

Does anybody know if this can be done on windows also?
Exists a windows driver which can read the resource fork data from 
some place, e.g. a certain file in the windows file system?
