Is it multiple copies or sending it multiple times?  I'm running 4.1beta2 on
linux kernel 2.2.14 and everything seems fine.

If the copies are coming in from the modem, does it happen on multi-page faxes,
and if so, how are the pages arranged?

What modem -- class 1 or 2/2.0?  I'm running a USR internal PCI with class 2.0
and adaptive answer.
