flexfax: disable for in and outgoing faxes

I want to disable the 2-D MR format for in and outgoing faxes.
I putted the
Use2D: no
line in the /var/spool/fax/etc/config. It was only successful for sending
faxes. Receved faxes are still sometimes in the 2-D MR format :( Can
anybody help?
