Hi,
first:
i bett your system name is Fax, correct?
second:
this lines are not produced by Hylafax, 
they are produced by syslogd for better 
readability of the logfiles. Search where your 
Syslogd is started during bootup and insert the parameter "-m xxx"
where xxx is a number specifying after how many minutes syslogd
should print such a message.
for details see "man syslogd"....
