flexfax: Found one Y2K issue in logs

This is also a problem when trying to use recvstats etc. - ie: that script works
out how many faxes you've recived since 1900 (no news to anyone I'm sure). I
guess one way to "fix" it would be to create a script that converts the date
format in xferlog to 4 digit year and modify recvstats and associated scripts to
take this into account.

This is beyond me though I'm afraid...
