flexfax: resolution

Hi..
I'm using Hylafax4.1 Beta version with WHFC 1.0.5 under Redhat6.1 linux.
Using Class 1 support.
My problem is when I change to high resolution, the document that being
faxed out is not clear enough and sometime it just printed half or 3/4
of the document?

So how can i use the high resolution so that I can printed out clearly
and sharp?
