That little script simply adds a faxprint entry to the local printcap,
but does not do other things like generate the "if=" filter that it
mentions or restart the LPD to be sure and re-add that setting to the
line printer daemon, or actually create the spool directories that it
points to.

It looks like a very sloppy little piece of installation software that
should be taken out and spanked for failing to do the job right,
unless it relies heavily on things set up by the rest of the SuSE
installation.
