Short answer: have the people send email or get separate
fax/modems. There is not currently any good way to separate faxes on
the same fax machine of any brand which are "to" one person or
another. It's theoretically possible to encode some information in fax
transmissions, but there is no good protocol at present.

One idea might be to put several modems on the same computer and edit
the "notify" scripts to do different things with calls on different
modems, but that kind of defeats the purpose of having a fax-pool. It
still might be better for your needs, though.
