flexfax: Error message

I receive the following error message:

The problem in that the notify program is started on behalf of the user
uucp(fax).
It starts the sendmail with the same rights. But user uucp has not the
rights
of access to a directory /var/spool/mqueue  :-).
How to start the sendmail with the right of root user?
I run notify as root. All correct.
