flexfax: WHFC and date in coverpage

Hello

I've got a problem concerning WHFC - i have made the coverpage with Tgif -
then make_faxcover - and here comes the problem - how can i tell the WHFC
what kind of DATE FORMAT should it use - because our contry is not using
the american date format - and i also dont need the time on the coverpage
- so how to fix this kind of problem..
